The Ga. judge has asked for briefs from the lawyers that will contain summaries of the court proceedings from all the lawyers who participated in the trial.
After the briefs are filed and the judge makes his ruling,,, it will go to the SOS for another review where the decision if "ineligible" is returned can be overturned by the SOS. If the SOS approves the Admin judges ruling then the case can goto a higher court for a reversal...but remember the RAT/USURPER wasn't present at the trial and ignored a court ordered subpoena.
Attorney Donofrio doubts that the RAT/USURPER will appeal any decision at all.
Remember that there's a link to a 209 page report that defines the "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN" phrase, the phrase that the reporter was TOO STUPID to understand.
What the "TRUE AMERICANS" know is that the RAT/USURPER by his own words CANNOT BE A "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN", period; however it's anybody's guess wether he is a CITIZEN of another kind; such as: native born, naturalized, or other citizen types.
